Philip J. Bona, AIA is an Architect formerly from the San Francisco Bay Area who has been Leading efforts in the AEC Industry through Industry Collaboration and Building Information Modeling Technology. In June 2007, he relocated to San Diego California as Asst. Vice President for Architecture and Planning for the Centre City Development Corporation which is the development arm of the San Diego Redevelopment Agency. He is reviewing new developments in the downtown and is implementing smart urban growth policies using GIS, BIM, and Integrated Project Delivery methods.
